This sub-project explores the barriers and drivers for transformation in forest landscapes. The research identifies socio-cultural factors impeding or facilitating multifunctional management and integrated landscape decision-making.

The research is developing collaboration with the Voxnadalen Biosphere and will include citizen deliberation within a ‘mini-public’ about future forest landscapes.
